PROTOT.AI, the proof before production.
AI prototypes and agents built within a closed scope and stress-tested on real data. At the end of the sprint, a go/no-go decision backed by numbers, not a demo.
Governance + Execution
zerofive.ai governs AI decisions. PROTOT.AI validates them with working prototypes. Two souls, one method.
zerofive.ai
Assessment, strategy, governance. Decide what to do and why.
PROTOT.AI
Rapid prototyping. Test whether it works before investing.
Where PROTOT.AI ends and ZeroFive begins
PROTOT.AI proves
Closed scope, one use case or one agent. Answers three questions: does it work, how much does it cost, where does it break. Delivers prototype, metrics and decision.
ZeroFive builds and governs
Production deployment, integration on CRM, ERP and ticketing, governance, continuous oversight. AI Agents and AI Shift.

Frequently asked questions
What is PROTOT.AI?
It is the zerofive.ai unit dedicated to fast prototyping. We turn validated use cases into working prototypes to test feasibility and value before investing in production.
What is the difference from a system integrator?
PROTOT.AI focuses on rapid validation: working prototypes in 1-3 weeks to understand whether the use case deserves production. If the prototype passes the gate, the journey continues on AI Shift, with production deployment of agents and integrations on existing systems and handover to the internal team.
How long does a typical project take?
1-3 weeks for a PoC, 4-8 weeks for a more structured MVP. It depends on the complexity of the use case.
Do I need to have done AI Rating or AI Canvas first?
Recommended but not mandatory. If the use case is already strategically validated, we can start directly. Otherwise we suggest a quick assessment.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code, models and assets produced are owned by the client. We include knowledge transfer to your team.
Do you work with any technology?
We are technology-agnostic but have expertise in LLMs, computer vision, NLP and automation. We evaluate the best solution case by case.
What happens after the prototype?
A Go/No-Go workshop to decide: scale internally, scale with a partner, pivot or stop. We provide a roadmap and effort estimate for each scenario.
Can I involve my IT team?
Absolutely. We work in collaboration with internal teams. Knowledge transfer is part of the deliverable.
Do you also handle production?
PROTOT.AI is the validation gate. Production deployment happens with AI Shift, which brings agents and integrations onto existing systems with handover to the internal team.
How much does it cost?
It depends on complexity. A basic PoC starts at 10-15k euros, a more structured MVP from 25-40k euros. Always a controlled investment compared to enterprise projects.
