The ZeroFive.AI method, frameworks, editorial content and materials made available on this site are owned by ICONICO SRL (hereinafter "the Company"), unless otherwise stated. This page describes the applicable rights and the permitted uses.

The following are owned by the Company, including their structure, naming, evaluation logic and visual representation:

• AI Rating
• AI Assessment
• PROTOT.AI
• AI Canvas
• the adoption and governance journey and its deliverable templates

Articles, papers, newsletters, texts, charts, images, videos and code published on the site are protected by copyright law. Quoting short extracts is allowed with attribution and a link to the original page.

Papers, canvases, reports and other downloadable materials may be used internally by the organisation that downloaded them, for study and evaluation purposes, keeping logos, copyright notices and source references intact.

Without the Company's written authorisation it is not permitted to:

• resell, license or distribute the materials to third parties
• reproduce, translate or rework the method, frameworks and content, even partially
• integrate the materials into third party products, services or training programmes
• use the content to train or fine tune artificial intelligence models

ZeroFive.AI, PROTOT.AI, AI Rating, AI Canvas, the logos and the other distinctive signs on the site may not be used without written consent, including in modified form or as part of other signs.

References to regulations, standards, research and third party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for informational purposes. Reports of incorrect attribution will be handled promptly.
