ZeroFive.AI was born as a specialist unit of ICONICO srl, to answer a question our clients had been asking for a while and that almost no supplier was really addressing: understanding whether AI makes sense, where, and with what risk, before buying technology.
A competence unit inside ICONICO
ICONICO has been supporting companies and startups on growth, product validation and go to market for years. ZeroFive.AI was born inside this structure as a unit dedicated to AI, at the moment it became clear that companies were asking for technology before deciding whether and where it was needed.
We stay vendor-independent. We do not resell licenses and we have no channel agreements, which puts us in a position to also recommend not going ahead.
Fabio Lalli
Entrepreneur, advisor and lecturer, with more than twenty-five years of work in digital. In 2011 he founded IQUII, later brought to exit toward Gruppo Be, today part of Engineering. He leads ICONICO and founded ZeroFive.AI as an AI advisory unit.
He teaches in executive programs for Bocconi, IULM, IED, RCS and Il Sole 24 Ore. He authored Pelle Digitale, Spatial Shift and La Mente Adattiva, and writes analyses on AI4Business and Agenda Digitale, part of the Digital360 network.
Who works on the projects
Around the unit works a group of specialist consultants, selected by vertical and activated on the individual project based on what is actually needed: governance and compliance, data engineering, AI solution development, training, change management.
No oversized structure to justify at the end of the month. The team is composed on the project and dissolves when the project closes.
We use the agents we sell
Part of the unit's operational work runs on AI agents we built for ourselves: regulatory and market monitoring, research and document synthesis, project data analysis, production and quality control of documentation.
Agents prepare materials and flag what changes. The decisions and recommendations that end up in a signed document always pass through a person, with a name and responsibility. It is the principle we ask clients to apply when we bring agents into their processes, and it would have been unserious not to apply it to ourselves.
